Through her work and leadership, she has helped founders move beyond hustle and into structure, strategy, and long-term business growth.
David Shands is an entrepreneur, speaker, and business builder known for helping founders think bigger, execute stronger, and scale with intention. Through his platforms and conversations, he’s become a trusted voice on ownership and building sustainable, strategic businesses beyond the hustle.
Journae Stanley is a branding and business strategist whose work helps female-owned businesses move from messy messaging to trusted brands. He teaches entrepreneurs how to move beyond visuals and communicate their story, value, and credibility in a way that builds trust and connection.
Dr. Britni M. Ricard is the founder and CEO of COTA SKIN, a multimillion-dollar skincare brand built from the ground up in honor of her late brother.
